The lady at the front desk, Olga, was great. Super friendly and helpful. She gave me some great gastro tips. I felt very comfortable.

Guests can easily explore the charming streets of the old town and the bustling Chania harbor within minutes. the rooms are excellent, with modern furniture, clean and comfortable mattresses, and spotless bathrooms. the hosts provide exceptional service and are always available to assist with any needs. Guests also appreciate the personal attention during breakfast and the useful recommendations given by the host, including instructions for various places to visit.

Reception is not manned 24 hours, but there is an emergency number available.

The hotel could be a bit pricey for some due to not being inclusive of breakfast. it could be quite challenging for people with mobility problems as the hotel had no elevators.

It's also easy to reach by either taxi or bus from the airport. the room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast on the rooftop terrace provided a lovely start to the day. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent recommendations for places to eat and visit during our stay. the large private terrace with breathtaking views of the mountains was a favorite feature of our room.

The shower lacked a rack for toiletries which was a minor inconvenience.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Chania and had a fantastic experience! The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city. I found the noise levels in the street-facing rooms to be significant, leading to some restless nights. while the location was good for proximity to attractions, it was a bit of a challenge to climb the stairs to the hotel entrance, especially with luggage.
